This is an antitrust suit for treble damages brought under Section 4 of the Clayton Act. 15 U.S.C. § 15. Appellant Hallmark Industry charged appellees Reynolds Metals Co., Stanray Pacific Co., and Harvey Aluminum, Inc. with violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act. 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 and 2.
