The appellant was indicted on September 21, 1971, by the Grand Jury of Lee County, Alabama, for buying, receiving, concealing, or aiding in the concealing of one "1971 Dodge truck-tractor of the value of $21,000.00, the personal property of Dodge Truck, Inc., a Corporation, knowing that it was stolen and not having the intent to restore it to the owner."
