The appellant, Chester McKinney, was the manager and operator of the "Pussy Cat Adult Theatre," located at 7610 First Avenue, North, Birmingham, Alabama. On each of the dates shown below, Sergeant J. C. Wilson of the Birmingham Police Department purchased a ticket and then viewed each of the "feature films" and also each of the "short subject films" being shown at the theatre in question.
