This appeal is from rulings by the Chancery Court upon the petition of testamentary trustees for instructions as to the proper distribution of the trust corpus.

I.

The case involves the Will of the late Senator Willard Saulsbury, executed in 1926. The basic estate plan provided for charitable gifts, a devise of certain farmland, and a life interest in the residue to the Testator's widow. The remainder was left to a residuary...
