Stat. § 55-4418a [1972 Supp.]), by the plaintiff-appellee, Public Service Company of Indiana, Inc., an Indiana public utility, to condemn all of the electric utility property owned by defendant-appellant, Decatur County Rural Electric Membership Corporation (REMC).
