There is little dispute as to the facts. The defendant was working as a bartender at his father's nightclub. About 11:45 p. m., on the evening of November 22, 1971, McLaughlin and Kay Anderson came into the nightclub and ordered drinks from the defendant. McLaughlin was twenty years of age at the time, and the establishment was not licensed to serve alcoholic beverages to persons under twenty-one years of age.
