This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Limestone County awarding damages to the appellee-plaintiff in the amount of $10,000.00.
The action was commenced by the filing of a complaint seeking a recovery under the uninsured motorist coverage of a policy of insurance issued by appellant-defendant.
