This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Limestone County awarding damages to the appellee-plaintiff in the amount of $10,000.00.

The action was commenced by the filing of a complaint seeking a recovery under the uninsured motorist coverage of a policy of insurance issued by appellant-defendant. Appellant's demurrer to the complaint was overruled and it pled in short by consent, etc. No jury was demanded and the case was submitted...
