This is an appeal by the defendant-appellant, Charles T. Moore, from the imposition of a sentence of 2½ to 5 years imposed by the Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of York County, after a plea of guilty to robbery while armed with an accomplice; wantonly pointing a deadly weapon; larceny and receiving stolen goods.
