The principal action is for specific performance of a real estate contract, brought by the buyer against the owner-seller, and for damages against both the owner and the real estate broker who arranged the sale. Intervenors in the action seek specific performance of a subsequent sale contract entered into between them and the owner, and the broker counterclaims against the owner for realtor's commission...
