The State is appealing the quashing of an indictment which charged Doane with possession of "a dangerous drug, to wit: amphetamine." The judgment of the trial court in sustaining the motion to quash appears to be based on the theory that amphetamine does not come within the purview of IC 16-6-8-2(j), Ind. Ann. Stat. § 35-3332(j).
