Per Curiam:

In this action the appellant Richland County sought to enjoin the respondent from operating and maintaining a cable television system in Richland County, and now appeals from a judgment of the lower court denying that relief. The exceptions are twenty in number and none of them have been expressly abandoned. We have encountered some difficulty in determining just precisely which ones have been abandoned through failure...
