FEATHERSTON, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency in petitioner's Federal income tax for 1969 in the amount of $276.82. The issues for decision are: whether petitioner is entitled to deductions for certain expenses incurred during 1969 in attending law school, and whether certain charitable contributions claimed for 1969 are deductible.
