Garnishee, Independent School District No. 417 (school district), appeals from an order of the district court refusing to vacate a default judgment entered against it in favor of plaintiff. The lower court determined that the school district had failed to establish good cause to vacate the judgment and had failed to present to the court grounds upon which the default judgment generally should be reopened. We reverse.
