Miller (Miller) became the sole owner of a tract of land, containing approximately 250 acres, located in Tobyhanna Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, succinctly designated to be that part of the "Tench Francis Warranty which is situate on the left hand side of the Tobyhanna Creek in going down the same."
