Two defendants in entirely different criminal actions brought by the government, Robert Gene Rosebear, 4-72 Cr. 219 and John Edward Craig, 4-71 Cr. 212, are represented by the same counsel and simultaneously have filed motions which were argued together to dismiss, pursuant to Rule 12 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, the government's indictments against them for their failure to submit to induction under the Selective Service Act...
