The grand jury indicted Sweet for violation of The Military Service and Training Act, Title 50, Appendix, United States Code, Section 462, in that he disobeyed an order to report for induction on January 27, 1971; and indicted Gibson for violation of the same act, in three respects, in that he disobeyed first, an order to report for physical examination on December 16, 1970, second, an order to report for a second...
