This appeal is from a judgment dismissing appellants' complaint against appellee, Southern Peru Copper Corporation on the ground that appellee was a foreign corporation not doing business in the State of Arizona to the extent that it had submitted itself to the jurisdiction of the courts of Arizona. The jurisdiction question was decided on the basis of depositions, affidavits and stipulations.
