This is a consolidated civil action arising out of an automobile collision. Charles Klesser and Wilma Klesser, husband and wife, are plaintiffs against Rene W. Stone, defendant. Kay McLain is a plaintiff against Stone and the Klessers. The defendant Stone filed a separate action against the Klessers, but not against McLain who was his guest passenger.
