OPINION AND ORDER

MARSH, Chief Judge.

After a jury trial, at which the majority of the government's evidence was presented via court-authorized wiretaps installed under authority of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2510-2520, Robert Ciamacco and Ned Cole (hereinafter defendants) were found guilty of violating the federal statute prohibiting illegal gambling businesses, 18 U.S.C. § 1955.1
