Although every unauthorized use not amounting to an Unauthorized Use may not establish the element of a trespassory taking, hearsay (even twice compounded) may. Thus the conviction of the appellant, Edward J. Robinson, in a non-jury trial in the Criminal Court of Baltimore, for the Unauthorized Use of an Automobile in violation of Article 27, § 349, will be sustained for one reason, if not for another.
