DANHOF, J.

Defendant was convicted by a jury of rape, MCLA 750.520; MSA 28.788, and kidnapping, MCLA 750.349; MSA 28.581. He was sentenced to concurrent terms of 10 to 20 years on each count. We affirm defendant's conviction of rape and reverse the kidnapping conviction, remanding for a new trial.
