Appellants in these consolidated cases appeal judgments dismissing all claims for vehicular damage sustained in a collision in which a Cadillac owned by plaintiff, Robison, struck the rear of a Chevrolet owned by Felix Pickett after the latter vehicle was disabled in a prior intersectional collision with a Ford owned by defendant, Richard Burton.
