Defendant was convicted by a jury of conspiracy to sell marijuana (MCLA 750.157a; MSA 28.354[1]; MCLA 335.152; MSA 18.1122), unlawful possession of marijuana (MCLA 335.153; MSA 18.1123), and unlawful control of marijuana (MCLA 335.153; MSA 18.1123). He was originally sentenced to 20 to 25 years in prison for conspiracy, and concurrent sentences of 8 to 10 years in prison were imposed on the other counts...
