This appeal is from a dismissal of a suit in equity for an accounting brought by appellant, Claude C. Presutti (Claude), against appellee, Ralph W. Presutti (Ralph), in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County. Claude brought the action against his son, Ralph, on the grounds that they had entered into an oral agreement to form a partnership for the operation of a service station; and that Ralph had thereafter refused...
