Plaintiff Julia John sued to recover damages for personal injuries she sustained while a passenger in an automobile driven by her sister, Eleanor John, the defendant. The parties stipulated that the defendant was guilty of ordinary negligence and that plaintiff was not contributorily negligent. Damages were stipulated to be $13,000.
