BRONSON, J.

Plaintiffs, George Surowitz and Sylvia Surowitz, brought this action challenging the validity of defendant's zoning ordinance which restricted plaintiffs' land to AG (agricultural use). The trial judge, sitting as trier of fact, held the ordinance unconstitutional and permanently restrained the defendant from enforcing the zoning ordinance to exclude the development of a trailer park on plaintiffs' property. Defendant appeals of right.
