This is an action brought by plaintiff Gordon A. Pulley, a citizen and resident of the State of Tennessee, against the Tennessee Valley Authority (hereafter "TVA") for alleged violations of the Veterans Preference Act of 1944, 5 U.S. C. § 1302 et seq.
