This appeal arises out of a wrongful death action brought by Pythia E. Coleman, executrix of the estate of Robert H. Coleman, deceased, against Illinois Central Railroad Company. The trial court entered judgment for plaintiff upon a jury verdict in the amount of $136,000 from which the defendant appeals.
