LOCKWOOD, Justice:

The appellant Frances E. Wells, while married to Welborn L. Wells, in 1960 purchased a model home. This home was the subject of the default judgment which appellant seeks to have set aside. Appellant and her former husband signed a mortgage note in the amount of $15,000 on this property in August 1960. Subsequently the Wells purchased another parcel of real property not subject to the action.
