Plaintiff Robert Rodwell was injured while an employee of defendant Pro Football, Inc, the Washington Redskins. Plaintiff filed a petition for a hearing with the Michigan Bureau of Workmen's Compensation on June 20, 1968. Defendant filed a special appearance challenging the jurisdiction of the department.
