OPINION BY MR. JUSTICE O'BRIEN, May 4, 1973:

On March 21, 1968, at 1:45 p.m., a check-cashing agency in Philadelphia was robbed by two men, and the proprietor, Charles Ticktin, was killed. An estimated $1500 was stolen in the robbery.
