The plaintiff, Jerry Goshey, filed a complaint for personal injuries received in an altercation with the defendant, Arthur Dunlap, which took place at the Cook County Hospital, where Dunlap was employed as a security guard. The County of Cook was also joined as a defendant. A jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff and against both defendants with damages assessed...
