By separate complaint filed in the Ninth District Court, Division of Northern Cumberland, each defendant was charged with having committed, on September 6, 1970, the misdemeanor of "night hunting" in violation of 12 M.R.S.A. § 2455.1 Each defendant waived reading of the complaint and hearing, pleaded not guilty, was found guilty as charged and sentenced to pay a fine of $200.00.
