As the result of an automobile accident on May 9, 1965 two law suits were filed, one in the Twenty-Fifth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Plaquemines and the other in the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Jefferson. After the Plaquemines suit had been tried and decided, three of the litigants therein, who also are defendants in this the Jefferson suit, Harold K. Landry, Millers Mutual Fire Insurance Company and Ford Motor...
