PER CURIAM.

This action is brought by plaintiffs on their own behalf and as a class action for other persons similarly situated, against proper state and local officials to have the 1972 Kansas House reapportionment bill, House Bill No. 2206, declared unconstitutional. After the filing of the action, the Kansas Legislative Co-ordinating Council was permitted to intervene for the purpose of assisting in the defense of the action.
