This is a motion to quash a combined subpoena and subpoena duces tecum dated February 2, 1973, issued in connection with a judgment entered January 24, 1972 against Gaspare R. Marchese for unpaid taxes in the sum of $605,078.48. The city cross-moves pursuant to CPLR 5211, and CPL 50.20, for an order granting immunity to the judgment debtor and compelling him to testify in the supplementary proceeding.
