Richard Allen Willis appeals an order dismissing his motion to vacate the permanent commitment of his infant son to appellee, entered approximately a year prior to the filing of his motion.

In July and August of 1971, Mr. and Mrs. Willis, the natural parents of the child, signed written surrender of the child to appellee on forms signed by two witnesses, one of which was the notary who took the acknowledgments...
