Kenneth Richard Williams, the defendant, appeals from the judgment below which revoked probation and imposed a sentence of 2-10 years on the original charge of burglary. He claims that the trial court did not have jurisdiction to conduct the revocation hearing and to impose sentence because of an unreasonable delay in proceeding.<...
