This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi wherein the defendant was convicted of the unlawful sale and delivery of marijuana. Defendant was sentenced to pay a fine of $2,000 and serve four years in the state penitentiary with the penitentiary sentence being suspended.
