This matter is before us on preliminary objections to a complaint in trespass.

Plaintiffs seek damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by reason of a motor vehicle collision which occurred on September 16, 1969. Defendant, M. & G. Convoy, Inc., asks that counts 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the complaint be stricken. Defendant contends that these counts allege that the vehicle owned by defendant was negligently...
