On September 10, 1971, the defendant was convicted of operating a vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor, a violation of 23 V.S.A. § 1201, following a trial by jury in the District Court of Vermont, Unit No. 2, Chittenden Circuit. From the judgment of guilty entered on the verdict, the defendant appeals to this Court.
