This is an action of nullity wherein plaintiff, a former client of the defendant, an attorney at law, seeks to have decreed null and void a judgment entered against him by default in favor of the defendant for the sum of $3,481.98, which amount represents an attorney's fee of $3,220.00 and costs of court and of transcript of record of $361.98 less $100.00 paid prior to the institution of that action...
