Alleging a number of irregularities in the procedures leading up to it, plaintiffs filed this suit to have a "Local Option Stock Law Election" held in Ward 11 of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, nullified and set aside, and for injunctive relief. Although defendants filed an exception of no cause of action the record shows no ruling thereon.
