Defendant was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, MCLA 257.625; MSA 9.2325. During her arrest she was advised that her refusal to take a breathalyzer test "shall result in the suspension or revocation of your operator's or chauffeur's license or operating privilege".
