We issued our writ of certiorari to review the findings and award of the Industrial Commission which rejected petitioner's claim that he suffered a permanent disability as a result of his industrial injury.

Petitioner was employed as a service station attendant by the respondent employer when he suffered an injury to his rib cage on October 3, 1970, while operating a tire changer in the course and scope of his employment...
