In a bench trial defendant was convicted of rape and armed robbery. He received two concurrent terms of five to 15 years.

On appeal he contends that: (1) his waiver of a jury was not made knowingly and understandingly; (2) prejudicial hearsay deprived him of a fair trial; (3) he was not proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt because the complaining witness lacked...
