The question is whether the Commission erred in finding and concluding that plaintiff sustained total and permanent disability as a result of the accident.

At the time of the accident, plaintiff was approximately 68 years of age and had suffered from emphysema for six or seven years. Several years prior to the accident, plaintiff hurt his knee while working. He missed one or two days...
