Defendant appeals his conviction for the crime of robbery.

The Greenacres Branch of the Old National Bank of Washington, Spokane, Washington, was robbed by a lone gunman July 28, 1970. The previous day a man had entered the bank and talked to one of its officers. On the day of the robbery, the same man returned, gave his name as Mr. Harrison, and made an appointment to see the same officer later in the day. He returned about 3 p.m. to keep his appointment...
