This appeal is taken from a summary judgment granted by the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County (Melvin, J.) in favor of appellee. The dispute arises from an action at law brought by appellee (Francina), who claims to be the beneficiary under two group life insurance policies in which Clyde Parmely (Clyde) was enrolled as a member at the time of his death on September 24, 1972...
