Plaintiff, Rafael Roman, instituted this suit against Reynolds Metals Company and Aluminum Workers Local 235, under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C., § 2000e et seq. The matter was tried on this issue of liability before the Court on March 22 and 23, 1972.
